My Dinosaur
I have a dinosaur at my home which is a T-Rex,
He ate a Crocin (a whole strip, mind you)
Why? you’d ask
Hungry, hungry - ‘cos he is always hungry
Yuck! he said and puked it right back -----
Causing a big puddle, drowning the world
Then he jumped and shook the earth
People screamed – EARTHQUAKE! EARTHQUAKE! EARTHQUAKE!
T-Rex heard - wondered, heard again - got confused
Thought he was the loudest, this made him mad
He jumped again causing tremors, and trembling!
Making people run helter-skelter, looking for shelter
One small crocin, really did something,
T-Rex puked again, disgusting, disgusting
‘O! God! do something’, said the poor helpless little me
And suddenly T-Rex felt tired and sleepy
Sat down quickly, to sleep and snore
As if nothing has ever happened,
Leaving the poor me all shaky and messy.
